Our trash valets will pick up your residents trash and recyclables up to 7 nights a week and transport them to your on-site bulk trash area.
Step 1
We start by providing each resident with a high-quality, designated trash bin for doorstep pickup. Our team then hosts a quick training session — in person or via a short video — so residents know exactly how the new valet service works, including the pickup schedule and simple guidelines for preparing their trash.
Setup & Training

On service nights, residents place their tied trash bags inside the provided bin and set it outside their door during the designated time window. This ensures uniformity, cleanliness, and no hallway clutter.
Resident Trash Placement

Our valet team quietly collects the bins, removes the trash, and transports it to the building’s main garbage area. Residents enjoy a hassle-free evening, knowing the only thing left to do is bring their bin back inside after service.
